Áras Éanna is a registered charity and complies with all regulatory requirements and operates in accordance with its code of governance. Áras Éanna is incorporated as a public limited company and is funded by The Arts Council, Galway County Council, Foras na Gaeilge, Údarás na Gaeltachta. By virtue of the Charities Act 2009, the Directors of the company are deemed also to be charity Trustees.

The members of the Bord are   Deirdre Ní Mhaoláin – Chairperson,  Chloe Ní Mháille,  Áine Seoighe, Darach Ó Tuairisg,  James C Harrold.
