Drawing from the Well

A night of top class traditional music is on store at Áras Éanna, Inis Oirr, on Wednesday, September 14, when four of the leading musicians in Ireland bring the Drawing From The Well tour to the smallest of the Aran Islands.
Brian Mac Gloinn (singer), Laoise Kelly (harp), Cormac Begley (concertina) and Edwina Guckian (dancer) are coming to Inis Oirr as part of a national tour.
All four were commissioned by the Irish Traditional Music Archive (ITMA) to take part in the online ‘Drawing From the Well’ series, which connects Ireland’s contemporary traditional performers with ITMA’s archival collections to inspire new work.
The results are spectacular.
