Originally from Dublin, Dáithí has been resident on Inis Oírr for twenty odd years. Dáithí has a powerful voice that lends itself to songs and ballads that visitors to the island have enjoyed and savoured over the years. As he says himself, he is ‘happiest when playing the guitar and singing’ and boy does he sing and play with power and emotion.
