A film by Augustine Martin

A film made by Augustine Martin in the 60’s with the island’s schoolchildren, depicting life on the island at the time. The film was broadcast by RTÉ at the time. These children would now be in their 70’s.

Showing on loop between 11am and 4pm (from Tuesday to Sunday during July, August and start of September) in the cafe at Áras Éanna.

We plan to show the film on a ‘loop’ in Áras Éanna theatre over the autumn.
